1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:

Product received is damaged

Product is not working
-
Wrong product received
Note: Item must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Return Timeframe
Return request must be made within 3 days after receiving the product.
3. Return Process

Contact us with your order number

Send clear photo/video of the problem

After approval, you can return the item through your preferred courier

Customer must pay the return delivery charge
4. Replacement / Refund
After we receive and inspect the product:

Replacement will be sent for eligible returns

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Refund is processed excluding the return delivery cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items

“Change of mind” cases

Physically damaged or used items

Items without original packaging

Cosmetic scratches not affecting functionality
6. Delivery Damage
If the courier damages the product during delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours with evidence.
7. COD Orders
Since we use Cash on Delivery, we do not take advance payments.
Return delivery cost must be paid by the customer.
