1. Product Information

We display product photos, videos, and descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing updates.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed by phone or message.
Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled automatically.

3. Pricing

Prices may change due to supplier costs, stock availability, or market conditions.
The price shown at checkout is the final payable amount.

4. Return & Refund

Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products can be returned.

• Return request must be made within 3 days

• Customer must pay return delivery charges

• Replacement is provided first; refund only if stock is unavailable

5. Warranty

Some products may come with limited warranty if mentioned.
Warranty claims require proper photo/video proof.

6. Liability

Mini Kitty Mart is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier services

• Customer-caused damage

• Incorrect delivery information provided by customer

• Third-party service failure (courier, logistic partners, etc.)

7. Order Cancellation

We may cancel an order if:

• Stock is unavailable

• Customer gives wrong information

• Suspicious / fraudulent order detected
